WE BUILDTHE SOFTWAREYOU KEEPPOSTPONING
A product studio in Lagos, working worldwide. Web, mobile and internal tools, with AI doing real work inside them.

WHAT WE
DO
One team across all of them. We can build the thing, and we can fill the pipeline that justifies it.
SELECTED WORK
03ModulawAI
In service
The retrieval layer under ModulawAI's legal research: an ingestion and embedding engine for statutes and case law. We built that engine, not the wider platform.
ViewLedgerPad
In development
An offline-first app for running a small business from a phone: what you spent, what you sold, what stock is left, and whether the week actually made money. Food vendors first.
ViewMobUnlock
In service
A phone unlocking app running on four integrations at once: device lookups, wholesale unlock suppliers, payments, and a reseller API that shops order through.
ViewHOW WE WORK
Start where the money leaks
We map one process end to end before writing code. Usually the expensive part is a handoff nobody owns, not the software.
Ship a narrow thing first
One workflow, in production, with real users on it. Scope grows from evidence rather than from a wishlist.
AI only where it beats a form
Extraction, drafting and search earn their place. A dropdown that works does not need a language model behind it.
Hand over the keys
Your repository, your cloud account, your documentation. Leaving should be boring, and it should be possible.
HOW WE EXECUTE
Start small, prove it, then scale. You can stop at the end of any stage and still own what was built.
The full process →Audit
Free
- We walk the process with the people who run it
- Real records, not a sanitised sample
- An honest read on whether you need us
Planning
Before anything is built
- The narrowest first slice that is still useful
- Architecture written down and arguable
- A price, under the model that fits
Execution
Per the agreed model
- Weekly release, weekly demo
- Your current system keeps running
- Re-scoped in the open when reality disagrees
Launch
Planned, not improvised
- Rehearsed cutover with a way back
- Training for the people who use it
- Watched under real load on day one
Post-launch
Hypercare, then your choice
- Hypercare with no new contract
- A runbook your team can act on
- Support, staff augmentation, or nothing
HOW WE CHARGE
Four models. We will tell you which one fits after the audit, including when the cheapest one is the right one.
Fixed-cost project
One price, agreed up front
For work whose shape is already clear. You carry no overrun risk; we carry it, which is why we scope carefully before quoting.
Best when
Scope is known
Time and materials
Billed hourly or by the day
For work that will change as it goes. You see the hours, you set the priorities each week, and you can stop at the end of any week.
Best when
Scope will move
Staff augmentation
Per engineer, per month
Our engineers join your team and take direction from your leads. They sit in your standups and commit to your repository.
Best when
You have a roadmap and no capacity
Build partner
Monthly retainer
An embedded team where we own delivery rather than filling seats. We plan in the open and ship on a fixed cadence.
Best when
You want outcomes, not headcount
BEFORE YOU CALL
We already have an IT team. Where do you fit?
Alongside them. Most of our work is the thing the internal team has no capacity to start, or a capability they do not want to hire for permanently. Your team keeps ownership and we work in your repository.
The last vendor took our money and disappeared.
It is the most common story we hear. Our answer is structural: you own the code and the cloud account from day one, releases go out weekly so progress is visible, and the pilot is small enough that leaving early costs you little.
Do you actually build AI features, or wrap a chatbot?
We ship production systems. Some of it is retrieval: ingesting a company's own records and returning passages traceable to a source. Some of it is getting twenty years of legacy data out of a format nothing can query. Some of it is automating a sequence a person repeats daily, with approval on the steps that matter. We also say no when a rules engine would do the job better.
Can you work with our regulator and data rules?
Yes. NDPR, GDPR or whatever applies where you operate. We keep data in the regions you approve and scope access so staff and vendors see only what their role requires.
You build software. Why are you also sourcing leads?
Because the two problems are the same problem wearing different clothes: finding the records that matter in a messy pile and proving why each one qualifies. We build retrieval systems for a living, and the same machinery points at a market as easily as at a document corpus. If you only want the pipeline and not the software, that is a fine way to work with us.
Are you only working with Nigerian companies?
No. We are based in Lagos and most of our work is remote. Lagos is GMT+1, which shares a working day with the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US east coast, and your code lives in your repository and your cloud region from the first commit.
How do you charge?
Pilots are a fixed fee quoted after a scoping conversation. Longer engagements are a monthly retainer tied to a named team. We invoice in Naira or USD, and bill clients outside Nigeria in USD.

One call, no deck. It starts with a free audit that ends with an honest read on whether you need us.
