What this site collects
Short, because the site does very little. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no trackers. The only personal data it handles is what you type into the enquiry form.

What we collect
Only the enquiry form collects anything: your name, email address, optionally your company, the engagement type you selected, and the message you wrote.
We use it to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to keep a record of how the conversation started. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
What we do not collect
- No cookies. The site sets none at all
- No analytics, no page-view tracking, no session recording
- No advertising or social media pixels
- No fingerprinting, and no profile built from your visit
What is stored in your browser
One value: whether you chose the light or dark theme, kept in your browser's local storage under the key bsx-theme. It never leaves your device and we cannot read it. Clearing your browser data removes it.
Who else handles it
Three processors, each doing one job:
- Vercel hosts the site and processes the request that carries your form submission
- ZeptoMail, a Zoho service, delivers that submission to us as an email
- Zoho Mail holds the resulting message in our inbox
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up a thread you restart months later. If you ask us to delete your enquiry, we delete it.
Nothing from the form is written to a database. There is no account, no profile and no record of you beyond the email itself.
Your rights
Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act and, where it applies to you, the UK and EU GDPR, you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email us and we will action it rather than put you through a process.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission, or to your own supervisory authority if you are in the UK or EU.
Links out
This site links to modulaw.ai and to a GitHub repository. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not ours.
Client data
This page is about the website. How we handle data inside a client engagement is a different and more detailed matter, covered on the security page and in the data processing agreement we sign with you.
This is a plain-English description of actual practice rather than a lawyer-drafted document. If your organisation requires a formal policy or a signed data processing agreement, ask and we will provide one.
